Irv Schwebel

Irv has participated in the Charlotte Multiple Listing Advisory Board and has served on numerous panels for New Home Builders and Land Developers.
Irv has lived in Southeast Charlotte since 1982. He grew up in Oceanside, New York, on Long Island, earning a Business degree from Hofstra University. He began his Real Estate career in 1990.
Keith Thompson
Keith Thompson is a Broker on the team. He has worked with both relocations and local buyers. He will work diligently to find the right home for you!
Keith has lived in Charlotte since 1995 with his wife, Becki and their two sons, Darrell & Bradley. He attended NC State, and then graduated from The University of Kansas. He follows both of their teams closely and enjoys golf. Keith’s children attend Charlotte Public Schools as well.
Helen Sztarkman
Helen Sztarkman is a Broker/Realtor® on the team who has lived and worked in Charlotte since 1993. With a law degree and experience in the legal field, Helen has a unique and valuable insight into real estate transactions.
Helen grew up in metro Detroit, and lived and worked in Michigan and Ohio, before she was “relocated” to Charlotte in a corporate move. She well understands the needs and concerns of those relocating from other parts of the country, having been through the process herself.
Helen is active in a number of local civic organizations. She is also a current board member of Carolina Ballroom Dance Club and Carolina Professional Saleswomen and Entrepreneurs.
Deb Hartman
Deb Hartman is Irv’s Administrative Assistant. She handles all of the small details that help each transaction to run smoothly, making sure that all of the official, legal paperwork is handled properly. From contract to closing, Deb is the one to call!
Deb and her husband, Pete relocated from Michigan in 2000. They are avid sports fans and enjoy attending local professional and college sporting events, including the Wachovia Championship in May.
Lynn Welles
Lynn Welles is the Marketing Manager for the team. She handles listing brochures and manages the websites.
Lynn has lived with her family in Southeast Charlotte since 1984, after relocating from New Jersey. Lynn enjoys photography, golf, and art. All three of her children attend Charlotte Public Schools with one now attending North Carolina State University’s School of Design, and another a student at Appalachian State University.
Her youngest swims with Mecklenburg Aquatic Club’s year round team. The next oldest is very active in community service at ASU, while the oldest is an avid golfer and sports fan.
