Irv Schwebel
Irv was one of the first eCertified® agents in the world. His Real Estate career has been continually successful, with a steady increase in sales, and each year he consistently ranks in the top echelon of Prudential Real Estate’s best agents. He has participated in the Charlotte Multiple Listing Advisory Board and has served on numerous panels for New Home Builders and Land Developers.
Growing up in Oceanside, NY Irv relocated to Southeast Charlotte in 1982. He began his career in real estate in 1990 and he is licensed to buy and sell real estate in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
His passions are travel, golf (although he wishes he were better), dining out, and sporting events. He grew up in Oceanside, New York, on Long Island, earning a Business degree from Hofstra University. He began his Real Estate career in 1990.
Keith Thompson
Keith Thompson is Irv’s business partner. He has been in the business since 2002. He will work diligently to find the right home for you or get your home sold. Keith is licensed to buy and sell real estate in both NC and SC.
Keith has lived in Charlotte since 1995 with his wife, Becki and their three sons, Darrel, Bradley and Charlie. They keep him busy with Scouts and sports. Keith’s children attend Charlotte Public Schools.
Keith attended NC State, and then graduated from The University of Kansas. He follows both of their teams closely and also enjoys golf. He is also an NFL fan, rabidly supporting the Kansas City Chiefs and our own Carolina Panthers.
