NASCAR in Charlotte
Besides Lowe’s Motor Speedway in nearby Concord, several racing teams have their base of operations in the Charlotte area. Shops will usually offer tours and, of course, the chance to buy souvenirs featuring your favorite driver!
Scheduled to open in 2009, the NASCAR Hall of Fame will be located in downtown Charlotte. It will now doubt become a highlight of visiting conventions and trade show visitors.
