We will definitely hit another low through this fall/winter. Spring of 2011 will tell us as I think the next 2-3 years will be choppy. However, this does not mean its not a bad time to buy a home to live in or invest in. The key is buying it right (in terms of condition and price) and financing it right (whether it be with historically low fixed bank rate financing or perhaps, owner financing). Real estate cycles and we are obviously at one end of it -over time we'll at least hit a normal average. Over the long term for those that buy and hold, will more than likely be happy with the purchase. Time will only tell. We will definitely hit another low through this fall/winter.
