They are NOT a chain ... they have one other restaurant in New Orleans, but at all times one of the two owners are on site in the Charlotte Restaurant. The seafood is flown in several times every day and the dishes are absolutely incredible. They have an incredible wine list with most wines available by the glass as well as the bottle. Service is extremely professional. If you dine at GW Fins once, you'll be hooked! You should try GW Fins on North Tryon Street in Uptown.
