I have been in the Charlotte real estate market for 17 years. What a great time to buy a home here! Interest rates are at a low, prices of homes here are a great value compared to many other parts of the country and most importantly the pricing is stable. Many areas of our country have seen declining home values. Here in beautiful Charlotte, our values have seen an increase year over year. BUY LOW SELL HIGH! Once other markets turn positive the flood gates will open to the Charlotte market because many people are realizing that Charlotte is a great place to live and invest in Real Estate. So take advantage of what is happening in the current real estate market and purchase that dream home of yours. We will probably all look back 5 years from now and have said one of two things “I should have bought back then” or “I am so glad I bought a home back then, wasn’t I smart”

What a view from the deck of this home. Great ICW access and close to the finest restaurant in the Oak Island area. This one is truly a bargain and Oak Island is wonderful for vacation or full time living. This community has several full time residents and is very private.

Oak Island is wonderful, both for a vacation and for settling permanently.
