Bridgehampton Townhome For Sale - Charlotte, NC

Luxurious townhome living in Bridgehampton!  This newly constructed, 3 floor townhome has been elegantly appointed with hardwood floors, granite counters, heavy crown moldings, built-ins throughout, and stainless steel appliances.  The main floor features the wonderful kitchen, with a prep island/breakfast bar, 42" cabinets, a window to the family room, and a cozy breakfast nook with an outdoor patio.  A formal dining room has columns on half-walls, and an arched entry, while the vaulted ceiling above the family room allows for a balcony overlook from the loft.

On the second floor, the master suite boasts a dressing area, custom fitted closet, and a spectacular bath with a Jacuzzi tub, framed mirrors, and ceramic tile.  A private outside balcony off of the master suite is perfect for lazy mornings.  Secondary bedrooms are a nice size, with bedroom two having private access to the hall bath, with a separate vanity area.

The third floor is two rooms, with plumbing for a wet bar.  This room would make a great game room, media room, or a 4th bedroom.

View the virtual tour and then contact our office to learn more about this wonderful opportunity!

I am not quiet sure what you are talking about with the statement “…with plumbing for a wet bar.”

The virtual tours are wonderful. I have enjoyed looking through them.

“Plumbing for a wet bar” simply means that the plumbing is already in place if you would like to build a wet bar, saving you the trouble of having to add the plumbing.
