Best Christmas Lights in Charlotte
The Griswolds are alive and well in Charlotte, NC! Lights on the trees, lights on the house, lights on the roof, lights on the lawn – pretty much lights are attached to anything that’s not alive and moving. And there are 2 neighbors with dazzling light displays themselves.
Where is this wondrous holiday light display? It’s on Sherwood Forest Drive just off of Colony, between Rea and Carmel Roads in Southeast Charlotte. If you drive on Colony between those two roads, you can’t miss it!
The other night Santa was in the driveway waving to passing cars – a nice extra treat if you had kids in the car.
Do you know of a fantastic-not-to-be-missed light display that you’d like to share? Leave a comment below and let others know!

Got something to say?

Sorry, I don’t have any addresses to share with everyone saince I do not lvie there.
Here in Phoenix we start decorating early. We have too in order to get in the mood for the holidays when it’s in the 70’s outside.
Happy Holidays to all!
The decorations are covering much of the Atlanta area now also. Since we have the same basic climate as Charlotte, these warmer days are removing a little of the Christmas feel. I know we will return to a more seasonal feel soon so we had better enjoy the mild temperatures while we can.
Merry Christmas Charlotte!
